Zucchini-Nudeln-Zoodles in Pfanne mit Eier und Parmesan

We love zoodles, especially when we don't know what to cook! You hardly need any ingredients for the zoodles and they are prepared really quickly. Even children will become vegetable fans! You can find the recipe and many more in the Recipe Losbox Everyday Kitchen.

10-20 minutes | for 4 servings

☐ 800 g courgettes
☐ 2 cloves of garlic
☐ 4 egg yolks
☐ 150 g parmesan, grated


1. Wash zucchini. Cut into thin strips (zoodles) with a spiralizer. Place zoodles on paper towels and pat dry.

2. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly sauté the garlic.

3. Add the zoodles to the pan and fry for approx. 5 minutes. Add the egg yolk and Parmesan, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Continue frying the ingredients in the pan for approx. 1-2 minutes while turning constantly. When the yolk starts to set slightly, the zoodles are done.

5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if you like and serve.
