Berry Smoothie Bowl


We're not early risers, but the thought of this power breakfast makes getting up a lot more pleasant.

<10 minutes | for 3-4 servings

☐ 3-4 bananas, ripe
☐ 300 g berry mix (fresh or frozen berries, depending on your preference)
☐ 200g of yoghurt
☐ 5-6 tbsp oatmeal
☐ 3 tsp chia seeds
☐ 3-4 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
☐ 1 glass of milk (oat milk, almond milk)

at will
☐ more berries, rolled oats, seeds, nuts, almonds or cashew butter for the topping


1. Add yoghurt to blender.

2. Add berries, rolled oats, seeds and agave syrup. Roughly chop the bananas and add them as well. Finally add the milk.

3. Close the mixer with the lid and start the mixing process.

4. Add more milk or yoghurt if the mixture is too thick. If necessary, shake the mixer.

5. Pour the mixture into a bowl, decorate with any toppings and serve.
